We’re looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketer to join our team. He/she will be focused on growing our presence within the gaming and sports community through strategic affiliate partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of affiliate partners, including influencers, content creators, and other key players, to drive user acquisition and engagement on our platform.

• Source, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners (influencers, creators, bloggers, etc.)
• Manage and grow affiliate relationships to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Develop affiliate marketing strategies to drive acquisition, deposits, and revenue growth.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms, and incentives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Monitor performance analytics (click-throughs, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Ensure affiliates are equipped with up-to-date creative assets, discount codes, and product info.
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity in the affiliate space.

• 2-4 years proven experience in affiliate, influencer, or digital marketing.
• Strong network or familiarity within the gaming and sports community is a plus.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, networks, and tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for sports, football in particular.
