We’re seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketer to lead our content strategy and drive meaningful brand engagement across all touchpoints. You must be a creative lunatic and an exceptional out-of-the-box thinker. We’re built differently, and so is the brand. This role is all about shaping our voice, telling compelling stories, building community, and generating real business results through innovative content strategies. As a content marketer, you'll be responsible for crafting and overseeing high-impact content that resonates with our audience and drives awareness, engagement, and conversion. This goes far beyond just creating blog posts or email or social media posts—it's about building a content engine that sparks emotion, fuels conversation, and turns a curious audience into loyal fans. The ideal candidate is a creative who understands the sports & football culture, who is funny, understands meme culture, is deeply in tune with engaging digital media culture, can come up with strategies that spark conversation and build communities, and who knows how to connect creative thinking with data-driven insight. You should be comfortable owning our content calendar, collaborating across teams, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels—from writing all kinds of copy, to emails, in-app content, and social storytelling.
